Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of I Do Companion, a wedding planning app that helps couples plan their wedding through AI-assisted planning support, task and timeline tracking, budget tools, guest and vendor management, and selected third-party integrations.

By accessing or using I Do Companion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What I Do Companion provides

I Do Companion provides software tools that help users plan a wedding with AI-assisted support across tasks, timeline, budget, guests, vendors, and messaging.

I Do Companion is an assistive system. It does not replace user judgment, professional advice, or required human review.

3. User control and responsibility

You control how I Do Companion is configured and used within your account.

You are responsible for deciding which workflows, prompts, automations, and integrations to use, and for reviewing outputs before publishing, sending, sharing, or relying on them.

You are also responsible for confirming that outputs are accurate, appropriate, lawful, and suitable for your intended use case.

4. AI-generated outputs

I Do Companion may generate text, summaries, classifications, drafts, workflow suggestions, and other outputs using AI models and platform logic.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, outdated, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. I Do Companion does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, legality, or fitness of AI-generated outputs.

You must review outputs before using them in business operations, customer communications, marketing, compliance-sensitive tasks, or external communications.

5. Account, access, and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access, security incident, or suspected misuse involving your account.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use I Do Companion to violate law, third-party rights, or platform rules, or to engage in harmful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized automation.

• ·Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, or security protections.

7. Integrations and third-party services

I Do Companion may allow you to connect third-party tools, data sources, communication systems, and service providers.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, policies, and technical limits. I Do Companion is not responsible for third-party systems, outages, content, policies, pricing, actions, or changes.

You are responsible for choosing which integrations to enable, confirming you have permission to connect them, and complying with the rules of each connected service.

8. Your content and data

You retain your rights in the content, prompts, files, messages, and wedding planning data you submit to I Do Companion, subject to the rights needed for us to provide the service.

You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, store, and use your content and data as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and maintain the service for your use.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to provide and use any data or content you submit or connect.

9. Service changes and availability

I Do Companion may evolve over time. Features, workflows, integrations, and pricing may change, be improved, be limited, or be removed.

We try to maintain service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, misused the app, exposed us or others to legal or operational risk, or used the service in a way that could harm the app, other users, or third-party providers.

You may stop using I Do Companion at any time. Account data handling after termination remains subject to our Privacy Policy and any legal retention obligations.

11. Disclaimers

I Do Companion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.

I Do Companion does not provide legal, financial, compliance, employment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Do Companion and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost goodwill, or loss of data arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

If liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless I Do Companion and its operators, affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the service, your content, your data, your prompts, your integrations, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your use of AI-generated outputs without appropriate review.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and post the revised Terms on this page.
